What you will do:
Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
Promote dignity, independence, and choice for service users through person-centred approaches.
Oversee staff performance, development, and the implementation of positive behaviour support strategies.
Ensure safeguarding practices are upheld and services comply with all regulatory and organisational standards.
Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
