What you will do:
- Perform all Blood Transfusion testing, including the use of Ortho Visions, ensuring efficient crossmatching of red cells and issuing components and products.
- Operate Winpath (LIMS) and manage Blood 360 vein-to-vein tracking effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, UKAS, and BSQR standards.
- Collaborate with an outstanding team to provide excellent care and support.
- Contribute to implementing innovative solutions to improve the department's practices.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential to practice.
- Having a valid driver's license would be advantageous, making it easier to commute and explore the scenic Sussex countryside.
