You will assess and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and hand‑related conditions, enabling them to regain independence, function, and confidence. Applicants may come from either an Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy background, provided they have specialist hand therapy experience.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Deliver specialist hand therapy assessments and interventions for a range of MSK and hand‑related conditions.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans to support rehabilitation and functional recovery.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Provide education to patients and families to enhance understanding, engagement, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in line with professional standards.

Requirements / Candidate Criteria

Essential

• HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
• Proven specialist experience in hand therapy and MSK conditions.
• Access to your own vehicle for travel between sites.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.

Desirable

• Experience within outpatient or community hand therapy settings.
• Additional training in splinting, hand rehab, or advanced MSK techniques.
