Job Title:

Salary:
• Up to £31.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Purpose:
• To deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy services
• To ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines
• To support multidisciplinary teams in optimising patient outcomes across services

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert clinical pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Undertake medication reviews and provide clinical advice to optimise therapeutic outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support, supervise, and provide guidance to junior pharmacy staff
• Ensure medicines management complies with regulatory requirements and clinical guidelines
• Participate in clinical audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of pharmacy services and best practice

Essential Requirements:
• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Significant post-registration experience at a senior clinical level
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider healthcare team
