What You Will Do:

  • Provide professional leadership, supervision, and guidance to practitioners in the Family Help Team.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes for children and families.

  • Manage a small, focused caseload of complex or high-risk cases, demonstrating best practice.

  • Offer reflective supervision and coaching to practitioners to build confidence and promote learning.

  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated and effective support.

  • Contribute to multi-agency meetings, planning forums, and case reviews.

  • Support the Team Manager in tracking performance and ensuring statutory compliance.

  • Audit case files, analyse outcomes, and identify areas for continuous service improvement.

  • Act as a role model, upholding the Trust’s values and child-centred approach.

  • Mentor and support newly qualified practitioners as part of their professional development.
