What You Will Do

• Manage an independent MSK outpatient caseload covering Leeds.
• Assess, diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions using your clinical expertise.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes.
• Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes and prescribe appropriate exercises.
• Provide comprehensive patient education and self-management advice.
• Monitor patient progress and review treatment outcomes, adapting treatment plans where required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation to support high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
• Support the delivery and ongoing development of community MSK services across Leeds.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' MSK experience within an NHS or private hospital setting.
• Strong MSK assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proven experience delivering evidence-based rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage an independent caseload effectively.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous community MSK experience.
• Previous Band 6 Physiotherapy experience.
• Familiarity with electronic patient record systems.
