What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate: Build strong working relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies to coordinate effective, holistic support.

  • Safeguard: Fulfil statutory safeguarding responsibilities, managing complex cases and contributing to court proceedings where necessary.

  • Innovate: Apply evidence-based interventions and best practice approaches to address a wide range of family needs.

  • Prevent and Support: Promote early help and prevention strategies that reduce the need for statutory intervention through compassionate, relationship-focused practice.
