Role Responsibilities

Work with children and families requiring support under Child in Need or Child Protection
Use a restorative strengths-based practice to help families create sustainable change
Escalate cases into the PLO process where necessary to prevent court involvement wherever possible
Produce court reports and hold cases through legal proceedings until final orders are made
Provide continued statutory support for children in care, including those moving towards adoption
