What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments within an acute medicine environment.

Assess patient needs and arrange suitable equipment to promote recovery, independence, and safe discharge.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-focused care.

Take part in board rounds and discharge planning, ensuring smooth care transitions.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.
Requirements:

HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).

Car driver and access to a vehicle for community visits or site mobility.

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and time management skills.

Previous experience in acute or hospital settings (desirable).
