What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments within an acute medicine environment.

• Assess patient needs and arrange suitable equipment to promote recovery, independence, and safe discharge.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-focused care.

• Take part in board rounds and discharge planning, ensuring smooth care transitions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).

• Car driver and access to a vehicle for community visits or site mobility.

• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and time management skills.

• Previous experience in acute or hospital settings (desirable).
