Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop effective support plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored interventions and services.

• Engage clients and carers to ensure they are central to assessment and planning processes.

• Participate in duty and AMHP rotas, responding proactively to emerging situations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working with adults with severe mental ill health.

• Strong assessment and legislative knowledge relevant to AMHP practice.

• Commitment to preventative, strengths-based, and asset-based approaches.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings.

• Participation in hybrid working arrangements and AMHP/duty rotas.
