Band 6 MRI Radiographer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 MRI Radiographer to join a well-established imaging service in the picturesque town of Epsom. This full-time locum role is for an initial three-month period and offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £34.93, depending on experience. If you have at least three years’ experience in MRI scanning and are seeking your next professional challenge, this role could be an excellent fit.

What you will do:

Perform high-quality MRI scans, including complex scanning procedures, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results
Use GE and/or Siemens MRI systems confidently and effectively
Apply your experience with Soliton and Cerner systems to support efficient service delivery
Carry out IV cannulation, where certified by the Society of Radiographers or a recognised university
Deliver excellent patient care by adapting to individual needs and providing reassurance throughout procedures
Ensure strict adherence to all MRI safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff

You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and be a confident driver. Manual handling competence is essential, and you will be joining a supportive team that values collaboration and professional expertise.
