As a valued member of the CMHT, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to service users in the community. You’ll use your clinical expertise to deliver person-centred care and promote recovery and wellbeing for adults with complex mental health needs.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adults with mental health needs.
