What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs in the community.

• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised care plans.

• Provide duty cover, crisis intervention, and risk assessment and management.

• Work collaboratively with service users, carers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in clinical reviews, case discussions, and reflective practice.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical records in line with legislation and professional standards.

• Support and mentor junior staff and students through clinical leadership and supervision.
