What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs in the community.

Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised care plans.

Provide duty cover, crisis intervention, and risk assessment and management.

Work collaboratively with service users, carers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in clinical reviews, case discussions, and reflective practice.

Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical records in line with legislation and professional standards.

Support and mentor junior staff and students through clinical leadership and supervision.
