What You Will Do

Conduct routine haematological tests and analyses with accuracy and efficiency
Support senior scientists in developing specialised tests
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and trainees
Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless laboratory service delivery

Requirements

HCPC registration is essential
Proven experience in haematology
Driving licence preferable for travel between sites
