What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and tailor individual treatment plans.
  • Provide and train patients in the use of necessary physiotherapy equipment to aid in their recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Engage in effective discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients returning to their homes.
  • Participate in board rounds to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
  • Work closely with patients in an acute setting, focusing on their immediate rehabilitation needs and enabling rapid recovery.
