What you will do

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients within acute wards.
• Manage a varied caseload, supporting patients with mobility, rehabilitation, respiratory care, and discharge planning.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and discharge coordinators.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
• Provide education and advice to patients, carers, and families to support recovery and prevent deterioration.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NHS policies and professional standards.
• Contribute to service delivery, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
• Previous experience working within NHS acute wards is required.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to support service needs.
