Earn £22.04 hourly working as a Band 5 Community Physiotherapist within the vibrant community of Tottenham, UK. We need someone to start ASAP on an ongoing basis in this full-time role, though part-time will be considered. What you will do:
- Visit patients in their own homes and provide tailored therapy to enhance their recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Assess and develop personalised treatment plans for a diverse group of individuals in the community.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation to ensure smooth continuity of care.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is a must to be eligible for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist in a community setting.
- A valid driver's licence is preferable, as the role involves visiting multiple locations.
