Band 5 Occupational Therapist within Activities of Daily Living Team in Camberwell UK earning up to £24 per hour. In this role, you will focus on conducting Activities of Daily Living assessments and interventions for identified service users and actively contribute to the multidisciplinary team therapeutic group programme. With a strong emphasis on occupational therapy, you will support service users in identifying their own recovery goals, improving occupational functioning, fostering social inclusion, and facilitating a successful discharge from hospital following a period of acute mental health crisis.

What you will do:

- Conduct detailed ADL assessments to identify needs and develop tailored interventions
- Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to create and implement therapeutic programmes
- Guide service users in setting and achieving personal recovery goals
- Promote occupational functioning and social inclusion for smoother transitions post-hospitalisation
- Work towards facilitating effective and timely hospital discharges

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered
- Hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving to different locations to best meet the needs of the role
