Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and undertake accuracy checking to ensure safe and precise service delivery.

• Carry out ward-based medicines management and reconciliation to support improved patient outcomes.

• Manage ordering processes and effectively handle discharge TTOs in a fast-paced setting.

• Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician (relevant governing body).

• ACT accreditation.

• Full driving licence.

• Experience working within a hospital or community pharmacy setting is beneficial.
