What you will do:

• Read and assess referrals received by the local authority, determining necessary actions and adding critical oversight.
• Guide and advise social workers, providing them with mentorship and clear decision-making frameworks.
• Regularly review assessments and provide management oversight to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
• Conduct formal supervision sessions with social workers, fostering an environment of learning and accountability.
• Arrange and attend strategy meetings, collaborating with partner agencies to coordinate interventions and support plans.
