What You Will Do:

Lead, supervise, and support staff within the Safeguarding Team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Oversee the accommodation pathway, working with providers and partners to secure safe and appropriate housing solutions.

Act as Safeguarding Adults Manager, offering guidance, oversight, and quality assurance on safeguarding cases.

Manage staff and resources effectively to maximise performance and deliver positive outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement through innovative practice and reflective supervision.
Essential Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and its application in adult social care.

Proven experience in staff supervision, project delivery, and resource management.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex safeguarding cases and lead multi-agency collaboration.

Registered Social Worker with relevant qualification (e.g., BA, BSc, MA, DipSW, or equivalent).
