Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct timely assessments of service users’ needs, ensuring compliance with practice guidance and departmental policies.
Implementation & Review: Develop, implement, and review care plans to promote the wellbeing of children and families.
Statutory Social Work Practice: Deliver high-quality services within statutory Children’s Services settings.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children’s services.
