What you will do:

- Child Protection and Risk Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify risks to children’s safety and wellbeing, developing child protection plans in line with UK legislation.
- Child in Need Support: Complete assessments and create CIN plans to ensure that children’s needs are met through suitable services.
- Case Management and Intervention: Manage a caseload of CP/CIN cases, offering ongoing support, conducting reviews, and providing interventions for children and families.
- Court Work and Legal Proceedings: Prepare reports for court hearings and attend court as needed, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
