What You Will Do

Carry out mental capacity assessments to ensure people can make informed decisions about their care and support

Manage Section 42 safeguarding enquiries to protect vulnerable adults

Complete needs assessments and develop personalised care and support plans

Engage in court work, advocating for individuals to secure necessary interventions

Collaborate closely with health and social care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
