What you will do:

- Provide high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents as part of the CAMHS team
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
- Work a 24-hour rota system, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
- Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding by promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults
- Engage empathetically with young people, listening to their concerns and offering support

This role requires a qualified mental health nurse with experience in CAMHS. You should have a keen interest in working with young people and their families, along with the ability to remain calm when managing challenging behaviours. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a good sickness record are essential.
