What you will do:
- Conduct detailed assessments to support clients' needs within the Memory Service.

- Educate clients and families about managing memory concerns and promote well-being.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience in the UK working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the NHS.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for community visits.
