What you will do:
- Provide expert guidance and support to a team of social workers in the safeguarding team, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Take the lead in complex cases, conducting thorough assessments and developing robust plans to protect vulnerable individuals.
- Collaborate effectively with external agencies to coordinate multi-agency responses and interventions.

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Must be registered with Social Work England to ensure professional standards and accountability.
