What you will do:

Conduct assessments and reviews for foster carers, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
Provide guidance and support to foster families, ensuring the well-being of children and young people.
Work collaboratively with team members and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children in care.
Help develop foster care recruitment strategies to grow the team and meet community needs.
Attend and contribute to meetings, panels, and training sessions to maintain high professional standards.

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:

You must be registered with Social Work England and possess a Social Work degree or equivalent.
Recent or current experience in the UK as a Social Worker is essential to ensure you can hit the ground running.
