A fantastic locum opportunity is available for a Clinical Paediatrics Occupational Therapist in Uxbridge. You will provide specialist occupational therapy services, contributing to individualised care plans and supporting clients to achieve their potential across educational, health, and daily living settings.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct specialised occupational therapy assessments for children, young people, and adults with diverse presentations to identify barriers to education or daily functioning.

Develop and implement individualised intervention programmes that promote engagement, independence, and goal achievement.

Maintain the highest standards of practice in accordance with the RCOT code of conduct, HCPC standards, and clinical governance principles.

Make informed intervention decisions based on evidence, theory, and relevant developmental or historical factors.

Formulate specialist intervention plans that integrate with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Manage an independent caseload, delivering direct assessments and group interventions as required.

Participate in baseline screenings for new admissions, providing insights and recommendations to the team.

Monitor and conduct risk assessments within your client group to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Driving licence required for travel between work locations.
