Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalised recovery plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Facilitate one-to-one sessions and group meetings to support recovery and resilience building.

• Work closely with healthcare professionals and partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

• Participate in community outreach to engage with individuals affected by substance misuse and encourage them to access services.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor client progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a substance misuse service is essential.
