Salary: Basic £41,127 plus Benefits
Location: Greenford, Greater London

A large industrial service provider is currently recruiting for a Coil Shop Supervisor to control their workshop in the Greenford, Greater London area. The Coil Shop Supervisor will be responsible for standing in for the engineering manager when absent, responsible for efficient control and progress of individual jobs, motivating and developing the team as well as make sure health & safety standards are kept to a high standard.

Skills required for an Coil Shop Supervisor

• The Coil Shop Supervisor will have workshop experience ideally in winding and re-winding coils both AC & DC.
• Have supervisory or workshop management experience.
• Pride themselves on high standards of Health & Safety, ideally holding IOSH.
• Have a positive attitude, able to motivate individuals and getting people to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of stores.
• Full UK Driving Licence
