What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Safeguarding Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate and oversee safeguarding assessments, ensuring timely and effective intervention for children and families.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and implement safeguarding plans.
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring robust performance management.
- Attend and contribute to management meetings, using your expertise to inform service development and improvement.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in social services within the UK, demonstrating a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and frameworks.
