Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £48,000

Location: Wainscott, Rochester

We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing company. The Multi Skilled Engineer can be either mechanically or electrically biased, this role requires strong multi-skilled capabilities and holding an engineering qualification. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates will bring experience from a manufacturing environment and a hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance. Skills required for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong multi-skilled abilities, with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
