What you will do:

• Manage and assist in post-mortem examinations ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.

• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness, certification, and proper functioning.

• Assist in the organisation and storage of samples and records to support efficient retrieval and analysis.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless operation and high standards of laboratory safety and performance.

• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals, offering guidance and support with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• HCPC accreditation and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Anatomical Pathology.

• Certificate or Diploma in Anatomical Pathology Technology (candidates with a certificate only may be considered at Band 4 or 5).

• Driving licence preferred to support commuting across multiple sites.
