What you will do:

• Deliver core Orthoptic clinics to patients of all ages.

• Conduct Pre-Op Assessments efficiently and effectively.

• Undertake pre-school vision screening to aid early detection of vision issues.

• Support Vision and Reading Orthoptic Clinics (VAROC) with your expertise.

• Engage in colorimetry assessments and provide Low Vision support.

• Contribute to post-operative adjustments for adult and paediatric patients.

• Travel independently to clinics throughout Dumfries and Galloway, as required.

Requirements:

• HPCP registration is a must.

• At least 2 years of post-registration experience within the field of orthoptics.

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferable due to the travel requirements of the role.
