What you will do:

• Manage a varied caseload of children in need and child protection cases, ensuring safeguarding and the well-being of children are at the heart of your work.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective care plans in partnership with children, their families, and other professionals.
• Participate actively in case conferences and strategy meetings, advocating for the best outcomes for children and families.
