What you will do:

• Support a project focused on improving resident hydration

• Work collaboratively to reduce falls and urinary tract infections among residents

• Conduct assessments and create nutrition care plans targeting hydration

• Educate staff and residents about the importance of proper hydration

• Monitor and evaluate hydration initiatives and adjust interventions as needed
