What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring all activities of daily living are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care, engaging patients and families in the process to maintain privacy and dignity.
- Be a proactive part of a team, collaboratively maintaining the highest standards of care and adherence to CARE values.
- Take charge of your personal development by completing all mandatory training in a timely fashion.
- Act as a mentor and practice assessor or supervisor to junior staff and students, helping to nurture the next generation of nurses.
- Follow all HSC policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and patients.

Requirements for the Registered General Nurse role:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Recent nursing experience in the UK
