What you will do:
- Manage the team budget and ensure budgetary targets are achieved, adhering to Trust financial systems and standing instructions.
- Ensure all contract and performance targets are met while leading in the design, implementation, and evaluation of local targets.
- Oversee the review of placements and community care funding to assure value for money.
- Aid care coordinators in accessing personalised budgets for service users who meet Care Act eligibility, ensuring outcome-focused presentations to the LBH Panel and participating in the Panel process.
- Oversee the review of existing trust and social care packages, ensuring enablement, recovery, and value for money.
- Use technology and systems to effectively analyse performance data and maintain service delivery within budgetary limits.
- Manage data services within the team, ensuring compliance with Trust information requirements and protocols.
- Collaborate with the Lead Administrator to manage administrative services effectively, including equipment supply and buildings management.
- Ensure adherence to Trust Policies and Procedures such as incident reporting, clinical risk management, and complaints handling. Ensure staff are up-to-date with these operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, quality initiatives, and business plans.
- Communicate strategic objectives and governance agendas to the team.
- Safeguard staff, service users, and public welfare by implementing health, safety, security, and risk policies.
