Clinical Psychologist – Neurorehabilitation Service
Location: Leeds, UK
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £47,810 – £54,710 per annum (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our forward-thinking neurorehabilitation service in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of adults with acquired brain injuries, working within a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a cutting-edge neurobehavioral model that fosters recovery and independence.
What you will do:

Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments to adults with acquired brain injury.

Serve as a keyworker or clinical lead, coordinating care plans in collaboration with your supervisor.

Design and implement psychological or neuropsychological interventions based on best-practice evidence.

Support service users in setting personal goals and translating them into SMART objectives with the team.

Provide therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions tailored to individual needs.

Offer expert psychological input and guidance in the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary interventions.

Undertake risk assessments and help manage complex cases.

Maintain comprehensive and consistent clinical records in line with internal and national standards.

Communicate effectively with service users, families, carers, and professionals.

Provide specialist psychological advice to those involved in a service user’s care.

Contribute to service audits, quality improvement projects, and research initiatives.

About you:

You hold a degree in Psychology eligible for BPS Graduate Basis Registration or equivalent.

You have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS (or equivalent) and meet HCPC registration requirements.

You are HCPC-registered and up to date with relevant legislation.

You have experience writing clinical reports and a demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
