Argyll & Bute Council is seeking two experienced agency social workers to contribute to meaningful change within the community. What You’ll Do:

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for children and families.

• Deliver effective intervention strategies to support family stability and child safety.

• Work collaboratively within multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.

• Attend and contribute to case conferences, child protection meetings, and planning discussions.

• Maintain clear and accurate case records in accordance with statutory responsibilities.

• Carry out child protection interviews, ideally with JII or SCIM training.
