What you will do:
- Manage complex casework and deploy resources effectively.
- Provide expert advice, negotiation, and advocacy for Camden's residents.
- Collaborate with Team Managers and other experts to develop and promote best practices.
- Work closely with partner agencies to deliver a person-centred service.
- Lead service model development in line with the Council's Financial Strategy.
- Participate in policy and practice development, enhancing service delivery.
- Ensure environmental and performance improvements within the service.
- Act as a Deputy for Team Managers, leading Neighbourhood Teams when required.
- Promote independence and encourage innovative care solutions.
- Update policies regularly and adhere to professional registration practices.
- Develop and empower team members for continuous service improvement.
- Maintain a small complex caseload under supervision when necessary.
