What you will do:

• Manage and lead the Support & Safeguarding team to ensure high standards of practice

• Oversee the delivery of services that prioritise the safety and welfare of children and their families

• Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies that align with organisational goals

• Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and project outcomes
