What you will do:
- Lead the Proportionate Care Project, focusing on innovative care package reviews
- Conduct specialist moving and handling equipment risk assessments and provide necessary provisions
- Offer clinical supervision to the Proportionate Care Project Occupational Therapists
- Work autonomously with single handed and proportionate care reviews
- Engage in collaborative team efforts to deliver high-quality patient care
Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and possess a valid UK driving license to navigate various work locations efficiently.
