What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers, ensuring high standards of practice and performance.
• Oversee the delivery of services within the Children & Families Team, ensuring that each child and family receives appropriate support.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Undertake complex case reviews and provide expert advice and guidance to team members.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the department.

Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Demonstrable recent managerial experience, ideally working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
Extensive frontline experience in children's services, showcasing your ability to lead and support a thriving team.
