What you will do:
- Assess and treat a diverse caseload of patients in the community setting, applying your specialist knowledge for effective rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families to achieve the best outcomes.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, maintaining high standards of care across the board.
- Drive across Hull and the East Riding to meet and treat patients in their own environments, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience in the UK as an Occupational Therapist, with a particular focus on community rehab.
- Previous NHS experience is essential.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Must be a car owner with a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel within Hull and East Riding.
