What You Will Do:

• Deliver podiatric care in an acute setting, supporting both inpatients and outpatients.

• Participate in the diabetic foot multidisciplinary team, managing complex foot-related cases.

• Collaborate with the plaster room and wider teams to provide holistic wound care.

• Perform vascular assessments, including dopplers and ABPIs, and interpret results for treatment planning.

• Conduct advanced wound assessments, implement debridement, and manage infection risk.

• Use up-to-date wound dressings and offloading techniques tailored to patient needs.

• Provide expert guidance and support to other team members in complex case management.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-risk foot setting.

• Strong vascular assessment competencies required.

• A UK driving licence is preferred due to cross-site working.
