What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across the paediatric ward and neonatal unit.

• Formulate and manage individual care plans in collaboration with the wider MDT.

• Act promptly and effectively during emergencies with appropriate clinical interventions.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with standards.

• Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to quality assurance through audits.

• Mentor junior and unqualified staff, fostering a supportive learning culture.

• Coordinate complex discharges, working closely with external agencies and services.
