You will primarily be based in the office three days a week, and during duty weeks, five days, with the possibility of some home working to accommodate your lifestyle.

What you will do:

- Manage a diverse caseload of children including CIN (Children in Need), CP (Child Protection), and CIC (Children in Care) cases, ensuring all interventions are timely and impactful.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with children, implementing evidence-based interventions while maintaining a strong focus on the child's needs and welfare.
- Collaborate with families, professionals, and various agencies to promote positive change and safeguard children.
- Navigate and handle some court-related responsibilities with professionalism and care.
- Participate actively within team duties, especially during designated duty weeks, ensuring seamless service delivery to families.
