The core hours for this role are 9-5, Monday to Friday, although flexibility around start and finish times is available for the right applicants, with options like 8am - 6pm (3-4 days), 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 6pm. Part-time applications will also be considered.

What you will do:

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate mental health care to adults within the community, applying your expertise to manage and support patient recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Offer psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families, equipping them with the tools to manage mental health challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team discussions to ensure cohesive and effective patient care pathways.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation to high professional standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
